Terms of Service

Warm Trail provides tools to help you manage your animal's care, including AI-driven scanning features ("Primal Lens") and health timeline tracking. The Service does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice.

Any safety verdicts, macro breakdowns, or health identifications provided by the AI are for informational guidance only.

Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay in seeking it because of information you read on Warm Trail. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian immediately.

Warm Trail offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions ("Warm Trail Premium").

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management & Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the Warm Trail app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds: Because payments are processed entirely by Apple, we cannot grant refunds directly. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.

You are responsible for safeguarding the device you use to access Warm Trail. Features secured by Apple's Face ID or Touch ID (such as the "Vault") rely on your device's native security architecture. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your records resulting from compromised device passcodes or shared biometric access.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the AI scanners, scraping data from the app, or using the Service for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Warm Trail, its creator, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
